Indie Filmmaker and Hollywood Stuntman Christopher Leps will be visiting the Full Sail Campus on Thursday, November 29th to talk to students about finding their niche in the film industry. A member of the Screen Actors Guild, the American Film Institute, and the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists, Chris is a nominee and winner of a Screen Actors Guild Award in recognition of his performances in both television and film.

Chris’ diverse career in entertainment began at the Walt Disney Company in 1989. His passion for motion pictures, combined with his athletic background, led Chris to stunt performances in more than 130 episodes of television and over 30 feature films, including 24, Alias, CSI, Avatar, The Adventures of Tintin, and the Pirates of the Caribbean saga, which included stunt doubling Johnny Depp in the latest installment, On Stranger Tides.

As a storyteller, Chris has written, produced, edited, and directed a number of spec commercials, shorts, and festival award-winning documentaries. Chris’ current short film Wholehearted will be screened at this event.

Christopher answered questions from the audience of students from several different degree programs. It was very helpful for my career development, which is exactly why they created the "In Flight Movie" program through the Career Development Center to help students be able to connect with industry professionals for networking towards the career of their dreams.

In addition to his visit to camups, I supported this movie through this site: http://wholeheartedmovie.com/2012/10/this-is-a-news-item-title/, my name was listed as a thank you. I was also sent a signed photo of the cast and crew, as well as a video of behind the scene footage from the movie!
